Bachata Lady Style Workshop [ESP-ENG]

Hace exactamente una semana viví una de las mejores clases que he dado desde que soy instructora. Comencé el año trabajando en una nueva Academia de Baile, toque las puertas y de la forma más bonita se me fueron abiertas, y que hermoso ha sido todo... Hoy día con tan sólo casi dos meses he podido crear una relación bastante chévere con todos los integrantes del equipo incluidos los directores, quienes también me han hecho saber de diferentes formas que están muy a gusto conmigo y mi forma de trabajar. Sinceramente no tengo más que pedirle a la Vida en cuanto a este trabajo porque me siento yo también súper feliz, y pues todos los días agradezco por esta oportunidad.

Exactly one week ago I experienced one of the best classes I have taught since I became an instructor. I started the year working in a new dance academy, I knocked on the doors and in the most beautiful way they were opened to me, and how beautiful everything has been.... Today, after only two months I have been able to create a very cool relationship with all the members of the team, including the directors, who have also let me know in different ways that they are very happy with me and my way of working. I honestly have nothing more to ask of Life in terms of this job because I feel very happy too, and every day I am grateful for this opportunity.

Ahora, volviendo al motivo de este video, por la Semana del Amor y la Amistad se dieron diversas clases de forma gratuita en la Academia con el fin de abrir cursos posteriormente. Desde un inicio yo ofrecí mis clases de Bachata Lady Style y esta fue la oportunidad perfecta para darle inicio a ese proyecto (que siendo sincera, va a ser incluso un sueño cumplido a nivel profesional para mi)! Tuvo demasiada receptividad, en un inicio habían unas 40 chicas anotadas, no asistió esa cantidad verdaderamente pero aún así la energía que se movió con las chicas que estuvieron fue espectacular. Amo cuando se atreven a moverse diferente y para muchas esta clase fue un reto a nivel de expresión coroporal, pero lo importante y más significativo es que, LO ASUMIERON, y con la mejor actitud. Tanto, que me siguieron la clase en su totalidad, la coreografía que preparé para esta clase la bailaron casi a la perfección, y esto nos dejó más que satisfechos a todos.

Impartí los fundamentos básicos de Lady Style y muchas de las chicas quedaron con ganas de más, por lo que el miércoles 06 de marzo comienza el curso propiamente para continuar compartiendo mis conocimientos y conformar un BUEN grupo de Ladies que bailarán Bachata espectacular, jeje. Now, going back to the reason for this video, for the Week of Love and Friendship several classes were given for free at the Academy with the aim of opening courses later on. From the beginning I offered my Bachata Lady Style classes and this was the perfect opportunity to start this project (which, to be honest, is going to be a dream come true at a professional level for me)! It had so much receptivity, at the beginning there were about 40 girls signed up, not that many actually attended but still the energy that moved with the girls that were there was spectacular. I love it when they dare to move differently and for many of them this class was a challenge in terms of body expression, but the most important and significant thing is that, they ASSUMED it, and with the best attitude. So much so, that they followed the class in its entirety, the choreography I prepared for this class was danced almost to perfection, and this left us all more than satisfied.

I taught the basics of Lady Style and many of the girls were left wanting more, so on Wednesday March 6th the course itself begins to continue sharing my knowledge and form a GOOD group of Ladies who will dance spectacular Bachata, hehe.
