Hi musical community! what a pleasure to be here once again doing what I do with all my heart. This week the topic, we should work with is Passion. This theme had me thinking a lot about what was the path I should take when choosing a song, after a lot of thinking I came to the conclusion that there is no better song to express how loving passionately feels like as this song.

"I DON'T WANT A MISS A THING" is a song interpreted by Aerosmith, Through the lyric tells how difficult is even sleep, because even when she is beside him in his embrace, once he fall asleep cannot see her and as a consequence he cannot avoid to miss her. I think this is a great metaphore for saying once you're really in love, with this kind of love that is envelop in a passion so inexplicable, there is no time to lose because life is too short. But at the same time, I think it reflects all the fear you feel to lose someone you love.

This is exactly why I chose this song (not only because it is one of my favorites) so I hope you have enjoyed my performance. And at the same way, hope to see you here a next time.

Hola comunidad musical! que placer estar aquí una vez más haciendo lo que hago con todo el corazón. Esta semana el tema con el que deberíamos trabajar es la Pasión. Este tema me hizo pensar mucho en cuál era el camino que debía tomar al momento de elegir una canción, después de mucho pensar llegué a la conclusión que no hay mejor canción para expresar lo que se siente amar apasionadamente como esta canción.

“I DON'T WANT A MISS A THING” es una canción interpretada por Aerosmith, a través de la letra cuenta lo difícil que es incluso dormir, pues incluso cuando ella está a su lado en su abrazo, una vez que se duerme no puede verla y como consecuencia no puede evitar extrañarla. Creo que esta es una gran metáfora para decir que una vez que estás realmente enamorado, con este tipo de amor envuelto en una pasión tan inexplicable, no hay tiempo que perder porque la vida es demasiado corta. Pero al mismo tiempo creo que refleja todo el miedo que sientes por perder a alguien que amas.

Es exactamente por eso que elegí esta canción (no solo porque es una de mis favoritas), así que espero que hayan disfrutado mi interpretación. Y de la misma manera, espero verte por aquí una próxima vez.
