From the Paper to Tv: The Summer I Turned Pretty by Jenny Han

One of my favorite thing as a reader is when I enjoy a story, I always want to watch it as movie or serie to see if what I imagined when reading it's what the director percieve and take it to the screen.

this why I started this section in my vlog! In this case, something really different happened with me. And I come here to share it with you.

I found out about this book because a research about the author, her books and if this stories where taked to the big screen. And "The summer when I turned pretty" saga was the result of my researches.

Synopsis
Belly has always lived for the summertime because it means all her favorite things: swimming, the beach and the Fisher boys, Conrad and Jeremiah. She has spent every summer with them at Cousins Beach for as long as she can remember. She has always been in love with Conrad and finally, one summer, it seems like he might have feelings for her too. But it turns out, so does Jeremiah.

As the summers go on, Belly has to choose between two brothers who love her as she comes to the realization that she will have to break one of their hearts.

If you have read about this story, I would love to know about this because I've never read anything about this author but since I watch to all the boys, I loved before I have some curiousity about the author and her books. I really don't know for sure if the movie catch my eye because the perseption of the director of the story and how this person adapted it or if it is because I consider de story really good. this is why I would like to know your approach of it.

Una de mis cosas favoritas como lector es cuando disfruto de una historia, siempre quiero verla como película o serie para ver si lo que imaginé al leerla es lo que el director percibe y lo lleva a la pantalla.

¡Por eso comencé esta sección en mi vlog! En este caso, conmigo pasó algo realmente diferente. Y vengo aquí a compartirlo con vosotros.

Conocí este libro gracias a una investigación sobre la autora, sus libros y si estas historias fueron llevadas a la pantalla grande. Y la saga "El verano en que me volví bonita" fue el resultado de mis investigaciones.

Sinopsis
Belly siempre ha vivido para el verano porque significa todas sus cosas favoritas: nadar, la playa y los chicos Fisher, Conrad y Jeremiah. Ha pasado todos los veranos con ellos en Cousins Beach desde que tiene uso de razón. Ella siempre ha estado enamorada de Conrad y finalmente, un verano, parece que él también podría sentir algo por ella. Pero resulta que Jeremiah también.

A medida que avanzan los veranos, Belly tiene que elegir entre dos hermanos que la aman y se da cuenta de que tendrá que romperles el corazón.

Si has leído sobre esta historia, me encantaría saber sobre esto porque nunca he leído nada sobre esta autora, pero como veo a todos los chicos, me encantó antes de tener cierta curiosidad sobre la autora y sus libros. Realmente no sé a ciencia cierta si la película me llamó la atención por la percepción del director de la historia y cómo esta persona la adaptó o si es porque considero que la historia es realmente buena. Por eso me gustaría saber su enfoque al respecto.
