Hello, how are you my dear followers. I invite you to connect in the #fitness world, because today we start a series of consecutive #routines through the use of resistance bands, aimed at developing muscle groups such as the biceps, triceps, shoulders, pectorals and forearms. Starting today with biceps, which we will exercise through particular movements. So brace yourselves because we're going to get in on the action and fun. Shoot it cameraman and live the sports passion only for #hive and @fulldeportes.
We go with the primordial warm-ups to condition the body. Do not miss this phase. Exercise 1 T and Y arms. Standing with arms extended in front. Now we open the arms forming a T, return to the initial position and then we open them forming a Y. 3 minutes.
Exercise 2 Diagonal scissor jumps. Arms at the sides close to the body and legs together. Now, through jumps we open and close legs and arms at the same time, bringing the body diagonally to each side. 3 minutes of action.
Station 1. Double band hammer biceps. While standing, we take the band with the hand at both ends, while we step on it with the foot on the same side. We grip the band lower than the handles to have more tension. The arm extends downward. Now with the movement of the forearm, we flex the elbow, bringing the band upwards, executing the biceps exercise. We perform the same movement with the opposite arm for 20 repetitions per side. The whole cycle in 4 series.
Station 2. Crossed biceps + knee flexion. We take the handles of the band with each hand. We step on the band with both legs which are separated to give it more tension. We bend the knees, and bend the torso a little in front. Tighten the abdomen and buttocks, since in addition to the biceps, we give activity to the abdomen and lower body. In position, we flex one elbow, bringing the band to the opposite shoulder. Example if you use your right hand, you stretch the band towards the left shoulder. Same movement with the opposite arm.
Station 3. Lateral biceps. We also take the handles of the band with each hand. With both feet we step on the band, opening the legs a little, the more they open, the more tension will be given to the band. Arms are extended downward, but not fully. Elbows close to the body. Once in position, we take off the right elbow, for example, and flex it, bringing the band upwards. We go down, we hit the elbow of the body again, and then carry out the same movement with the opposite arm.
