Con los ejercicios de pilates que comparto a través del vídeo activaremos el área abdominal y las piernas para ejecutar cada movimiento y si hacemos estos ejercicios al menos 4 veces por semana veremos los resultados que serán con toda certeza un abdomen más plano y piernas más estilizadas.
