Talking about how we use words and what we say to people. Words are sensitive and should be not be taken lightly, we should know that some words have a way of affecting people either positively or negatively. Do yours hurt people, encourage, comfort or destroy them. Some persons have been shaped due to a word said to them maybe a s a child or in their weak or dark moment and as affected them so much that they can't let go.

Watch what you say, words can pierce into changing people's mindset. Words are like eggs...once it is out you cannot take it back.
