Hola cómo están mis queridos amigos de swc, Soy angelosw y en el post de hoy vengo a traerles una buena rutina la cual será compuesta por tan solo 6 ejercicios, los cuales les ayudará a ganar fuerza y resistencia en su abdomen. La rutina la vamos a realizar en barras paralelas y en barra fija, cabe recalcar que estos ejercicios también les ayudará a tener un abdomen definido y con buena forma.
