MOTIVATIONAL POST ABOUT MY BEGINNINGS IN STREETWORKOUT

Hola cómo está amigos de SWC hoy les vengo a mostrar un post diferente a los demás, en este les traeré un vídeo de mis inicios en este hermoso deporte llamado Streetworkout, verán como poco a poco fui mejorando a pesar de las caídas, bajones motivacionales etc. A pesar de que me pasan esas cosas, siempre busco en mantenerme en mi ritmo normal y no rendirme nunca a pesar de los malos momentos, como consejo les doy para los días malos, es que así sea que no tengan nada de ánimos, o se frustran porqué no les sale nada o se siente cansados o algo por el estilo, siempre busquen en hacer cosas básicas, como ejercicios simples, flexiones, dominadas etc. Escuchen música para que se sientan relajados, y no piensen nunca en porque no les sale nada, recuerden que siempre habrán dias malos y días buenos, y no solo en el deporte, sino en nuestras vidas también. Tengan constancia y disciplina siempre a pesar de los malos momentos, sin más nada que decirles comencemos..

Even though these things happen to me, I always try to stay in my normal rhythm and never give up despite the bad moments, as an advice I give you for the bad days, is that even if you do not have any encouragement, or you get frustrated because you do not get anything or you feel tired or something like that, always try to do basic things like simple exercises, push-ups, pull-ups, etc.. Bueno amigos este fue el post del dia, espero que les haya motivado mucho a seguir luchando siempre a pesar de los malos momentos. como vieron, cuando inicie no sabía cómo hacer bien las cosas, pero siendo constante y disciplinado eso me ha dado muchos frutos hoy en día. este post fue echo con la intención de motivarlos amigos, y que sigan luchando fuerte cada día mas, recuerden que si se caen, se levantan, se sacuden y siguen avanzando.
