First of all we must take a good impulse and do a certain shoulder pull as when we do a 360 in which we pull up with the shoulders as explosively as possible.
After taking our first impulse or impulses, we must throw our feet backwards, gathering our knees in order to have more momentum.
Finally, we must lift our shoulders up to touch our abdomen on the bar or make a small pull to complete our Olympic muscle up and keep practicing it constantly in order not to lose its technique.
