    Un saludo amistoso queridos Hivers, me da mucho gusto estar con ustedes en esta grandiosa comunidad. Es mi primera vez por aquí aunque no es la primera vez que publico contenido deportivo en Hive, así que algunos ya sabrán que mi entrenamiento favorito es el de saltar a la cuerda. Esta rutina que grabe para ustedes hoy forma parte de un proyecto que inicie el añ9o pasado llamo “La ruta de la cuerda” y consiste en hacer un entrenamiento de cuerda en cualquier lugar al que visite. Es por eso que siempre que salgo cargo la cuerda en mi bolso por si tengo la oportunidad y el tiempo de saltar.

    Entonces hoy cuando estaba en la capital de mi municipio haciendo unas diligencias con mi querida @jetta.amaya, no desperdicie la oportunidad de saltar en una de las plazas centrales y esta vez lo registre para compartirlo con ustedes. Saltar cuerda es un ejercicio cardiovascular de alta intensidad. Por esta razón la forma más saludable de realizar este entrenamiento es de manera intervalica, permitiendo un espacio de 15 0 10 segundos de descanso entre cada 30 segundos de entrenamiento.

    En esta ocasión la rutina es de 5 minutos, en total son 7 intervalos. Es un entrenamiento suave que no representa tanto a la hora de quemar calorías pero si en activación y coordinación. Me encanta compartir con ustedes una de mis grandes pasiones, espero les guste y disfruten de entrenar conmigo. Me despido hasta pronto.

It's my first time around here although it's not the first time I've posted sports content on Hive, so some of you may already know that my favorite workout is jumping rope. This routine I recorded for you today is part of a project I started last year called "The Rope Route" and it consists of doing a rope workout anywhere I visit. That's why whenever I go out I always carry the rope in my bag in case I have the opportunity and the time to jump.

    So today when I was in the capital of my municipality doing some errands with my dear @jetta.amaya, I didn't waste the opportunity to jump in one of the central squares and this time I recorded it to share it with you. Jumping rope is a high intensity cardiovascular exercise. For this reason the healthiest way to perform this workout is interval training, allowing a space of 15 or 10 seconds of rest between each 30 seconds of training.
