    Hola mis amigos guerreros de @fulldeportes espero que estén todos muy bien, les cuento que hoy me fuí a entrenar al Skatepark del Polideportivo, hice mis 97 Burpees de hoy y una Rutina en la que combino Fuerza y Resistencia, estuvo muy brutal, porque como les comenté anteriormente, me gusta entrenar bajo el sol, pero desde que empecé a entrenar con unoa amigos a las 5:00AM practicamente no veo el sol a esa hora como me gustaría, sin embargo sábado y domingo me voy caminando en la mañana para hacer mis burpees y les dejé esta rutina con opciones para principiantes y avanzados con una cuerda para saltar 💪

    Hello my friends @fulldeportes warriors I hope you are all very well, I tell you that today I went to train at the Skatepark Polideportivo, I did my 97 Burpees today and a routine in which I combine strength and endurance, it was very brutal, because as I mentioned earlier, I like to train in the sun, but since I started training with friends at 5: 00AM I practically don't see the sun at that time as I would like, however Saturday and Sunday I go walking in the morning to do my burpees and I left them this routine with options for beginners and advanced with a jump rope 💪.


    Esta combinación de entrenamiento para la capacidad cardio respiratoria y fuerza combinados, es excelente porque se hace más eficiente, sin embargo en ambos niveles es exigente al 100% ya que son 5 Rondas para los principiantes y 10 Rondas para los avanzados, eso si, cuida muy bien la técnica y sobretodo la respiración, porque se va a poner a prueba tu resistencia, así que cuida tus movimientos ya que no hay tiempo en contra, sólo tu fatiga, a ver si te animas con esta rutina de Fuerza y Resistencia, con esto me despido mis amigos, vamos a seguir sumando minutos a nuestra salud con los ejercicios 💪🔥
