    Hace unos cuantos meses tuve la oportunidad de leer un libro llamado "HÁBITOS ATÓMICOS" el cuál se ha convertido en uno de mis libros favoritos, es un libro simple de leer y te desafía a conocer el porque muchas cosas que quieres hacer se te hacen tan dificil, una de las preguntas que todos nos hacemos es, porque algunas personas logran sus metas y otros estamos apenas batallando? Bueno respecto al tema de perder peso que es muy común te dejo una explicación simple😎

    Supongamos que necesites perder unos 10 kilos que te sobran, muchas personas cuando llegan a este punto y deciden empezar a bajar, viene rápidamente una avalancha de dudas, si podrás hacer la dieta? si no te morirás de hambre? Si no te dolerá el cuerpo por los ejercicios? Y pare usted de contar las cosas que te podrías preguntar y empieza el saboteo, el lunes que es el día que dijiste que ibas a ir a correr, no vas porque según los zapatos no combinaban con tu ropa y por esa razón no saliste, igual dijiste "Comienzo mañana" empezaste por con el pie incorrecto el plan😫

    Puede que si, ya iniciaste en un Gym y te sientes con una super motivación, pero al llegar el mes ves que solo has bajado 2 kilos y eso te frustra, el tema acá es que siempre estás buscando algo que te haga renunciar al plan, porque quieres los resultados sin pagar el precio y así no funcionan las cosas en este mundo, quieres los kilos menos? Debes entrenar, comer mejor, tomar más agua, descansar, eso es lo obvio, lo no tan obvio es tu IDENTIDAD, esa que te define ya que si siempre te dices a ti que "todo te da flojera" y que no eres lo suficientemente bueno para hacer ejercicio estas reforzando esa identidad y dificilmente hagas del ejercicio una prioridad y podrás engañarte por un mes o más pero sabemos que no será sostenible porque en tu interior ya tu sabes porque te lo dices que "todo te dá flojera" y aunque no lo creas tu subconsciente se lo cree y te manda señales de cosas para perder el tiempo para que te dé flojera entrenar 🙃
    Maybe yes, you already started in a Gym and you feel super motivated, but when the month arrives you see that you have only lost 2 kilos and that frustrates you, the issue here is that you are always looking for something that makes you give up the plan, because you want the results without paying the price and that's not how things work in this world, you want the kilos less? You should train, eat better, drink more water, rest, that's the obvious, the not so obvious is your IDENTITY, that one that defines you because if you always tell yourself that "everything makes you lazy" and that you are not good enough to exercise you are reinforcing that identity and you will hardly make exercise a priority and you can fool yourself for a month or more but we know that it will not be sustainable because inside you already know because you tell yourself that "everything makes you lazy" and although you do not believe it your subconscious believes it and sends you signals of things to waste time so you get lazy to train 🙃.

    Imaginate por un momento que eres parte del equipo olimpico de tu país, ya tienes los 10 kilos menos y se acercan unas olimpiadas, donde te toca correr los 100 metros y muchas personas confían en ti, tienes a la prensa detrás de ti, gente que te sigue en las redes sociales te admiran, has inspirado a michas personas a mejorar físicamente porque vieron tu proceso de perder 10 kilos extras y no solo eso, sino verte transformarte en un atleta, dime algo si te percibes de esta manera, un atleta con prioridades y responsabilidades y dificilmente vuelvas a ser la persona del pasado que dice: "Todo me dá flojera" entiendes mi punto? Cambia tu identidad y cambiaran tus resultados 😁

    Ahora que ya lo sabes tienes que ser consciente de algo, NO es nada fácil, debes trabajar en habitos simples diarios, pero sostenerlos hasta que sean prte de ti, porque lo que lees, las conversaciones que tienes, lo que piensas dice mucho de tu identidad, interesate 100% por el tema de comer mucho mejor, de entrenar, estudia aunque sean 15 minutos al día como mejorar tus ejercicios, como comer mucho más saludable, recetas, cuidar tu descanso y envolverte en ese mundo de modo que seas parte de eso y no solo alguien que lo ve desde afuera y empezarán a llegar los cambios, te prometo que te encantará tu nuevo yo😁
