El OBSTACULO es el camino, si hay alguna manera de describir este Reto, justamente es con la Frase de Marco Aurelio, cada día va a ser un reto mayor, hacer 1 Burpee más por cada día del año, se ha convertido en mi Escalera a mi mejora personal diaria, entendiendo que todo lo que te siga es en base a mi experiencia claro está 💪🔥
The OBSTACLE is the way, if there is any way to describe this Challenge, it is precisely with the Phrase of Marcus Aurelius, every day is going to be a bigger challenge, doing 1 more Burpee for every day of the year, has become my Stairway to my daily personal improvement, understanding that everything that follows you is based on my experience of course 💪🔥.
Quedan 11 días para terminar el año, ha sido un trayecto pesado, retador y justamente exige de mi, la mayor concentración a primera hora del día, ahora que los niños están de vacaciones, no tengo tanta presión de hacerlo tan rapido, voy a mi ritmo, pero igual la fatiga y la carga de repeticiones pasan factura, espero llegar al dia 366 dando el 100% para completar este desafío de la mejor manera💪
There are 11 days left to finish the year, it has been a heavy journey, challenging and just demands from me, the highest concentration first thing in the morning, now that the children are on vacation, I have not so much pressure to do it so fast, I go at my own pace, but still fatigue and the load of repetitions take their toll, I hope to reach day 366 giving 100% to complete this challenge in the best way💪.
