    Hola mis amigos, hoy les tengo una rutina super genial para ponernos a prueba y trabajar los hombros y el abdomen, para mi es siempre desafiante trabajar los hombros ya que quedo siempre super cansado, porque tengo mi meta de hacerlos grandes y ese es el gran desafío con estos ejercicios, pero de eso se trata de ir superandonos a nosotros poco a poco, el formato que usaremos para este entrenamiento es de 30 segundos de ejercicio activo, paramos por 20 segundos para recuperarnos y continuar 🔥💪

    Para esta ocasión usaremos un par de mancuernas o lo que tengas en casa que te sirva como carga, usa lo que puedas menos las excusas, esas no ayudan en nada. Para esos movimientos si tu quieres desarrollar los hombros fuertes debes realizar lentas las repeticiones para que tengas un trabajo eficiente y es eso lo que queremos, al principio me costaba muchisimo, pero he ido progresando poco a poco con mis movimientos, aún me falta seguir trabajando esos hombros, pero de esto se trata, documentar el progreso
