Llegamos al día 34 de 366 haciendo 1 Burpee mas cada día del año, espero que todos estén super bien amigos, hoy les hice otro resumen del Reto Burpees🔥 que si no sabes como funciona, te explico cada día que pasa se debe hacer 1 burpee más, sin días de descanso, hoy sábado tocó el día 34 y sigo haciendolo seguidos que es algo que me ha gustado mucho, porque he ganado algo de resistencia, ya que el burpee es un ejercicio muy completo y exigente, con lo cuál hace que se agiten las pulsaciones cardíacas muy rápido, por eso me gusta este reto, porque poco a poco vamos ganando resistencia y los que lo están haciendo seguro ya han notado que les pasa algo igual 💪

Esta semana me he dado cuenta de que por contenido de marketing con este reto en otras redes, siempre tienen algo nuevo que contar o estan viajando para grabar sus ejercicios, por eso la broma de Paris, por otro lado, se hizo ya muy conocido un video de un influencer Fitness Venezolano, Gianpiero Fusco el Tarzan que come carne cruda 🤣 donde habla mal de la arepa y suelta sus argumentos, con lo cuál estoy de acuerdo, sin embargo, como todo en la vida hay un equilibrio, todas las harinas y aceites de los que el habla son dañinos, pero la arepa te puede dañar si pasas todo el día comiendo arepa, la gente no entiende que es Marketing, hablan bien o mal y siempre le dan publicidad, por eso unas personas me escribieron por Tiktok preguntandome si también comía carne cruda 🤣 y no, yo si me como mi arepa bien resuelta y si viene con Carne molida o Mechada, creanme que es mía, hay que dejar de creer en los mitos exagerados de hoy día en las redes, vamos a seguir en movimiento con este Reto, como van mis compañeros de Reto? 😝💪
