    Hola amigos, feliz inicio de semana espero se encuentren super bien, por acá les quiero compartir una rutina para trabajar el cuerpo completo y lo mejor de todo es que puedes hacerlo en tu casa o cualquier lugar al aire libre, yo decidí hacerlo en casa ya que se me hace más práctico 👊💪
    Hello friends, happy start of the week I hope you are feeling great, here I want to share with you a routine to work the whole body and the best of all is that you can do it at home or anywhere outdoors, I decided to do it at home because it is more practical 👊💪

    Tenía ya rato sin entrenar debido a un malestar de garganta que luego se convirtió en fiebre y un proceso viral, pero estaba ya sintiendome mejor y decidí entrenar, porque las ganas de entrenar las tenía intáctas y no quería pasar un día más sin entrenar, siento que voy en retroceso y no me gusta frenar el ejercicio y ya habían pasado 2 semanas y media 🙌
    I hadn't trained for a while due to a sore throat that later turned into a fever and a viral process, but I was already feeling better and decided to train, because the desire to train was intact and I didn't want to spend one more day without training, I feel that I'm going backwards and I don't like to slow down the exercise and it had already been 2 and a half weeks 🙌.

    Decidí hcer esta rutina para comenzar a trabajar todo el cuerpo y mi mente creía que iba a dar el 100% y fué así, el problema era que mi cuerpo estaba esforzandose más de lo normal y entendí que estaba regresando al entreno, lo cual te hace sentir como si todo pesara 5 veces más, incluso tu peso corporal, pero decidí empezar y no parar hasta terminar de entrenar, es una rutina progresiva y a tu ritmo💪🔥
    I decided to do this routine to start working the whole body and my mind believed that I was going to give 100% and it was so, the problem was that my body was straining more than normal and I understood that I was returning to training, which makes you feel like everything weighs 5 times more, even your body weight, but I decided to start and not stop until you finish training, it is a progressive routine and at your pace💪🔥.

    Como siempre recomiendo, los entrenamientos debes hacerlo siempre a tu ritmo, la clave es entender que se termina no porque te pegue el cansancio sino porque se termina la rutina, por eso las repeticiones van aumentando, para exigirte más poco a poco, espero les guste esta rutina y puedan hacerla en casa🙃 o donde quieran👊
    As I always recommend, workouts should always be done at your own pace, the key is to understand that it ends not because you get tired but because the routine ends, so the repetitions are increasing, to demand more little by little, I hope you like this routine and you can do it at home🙃 or wherever you want👊.
