Hola amigos, espero se encuentren muy bien todos, feliz año a los que no les han deseado un gran año aún, pues yo si se los deseo a todos, paso por acá para comentarles que este año arranqué un Reto de hacer 1 Burpees más por cada día del año, sin día de descanso, este es sin duda el Reto más rudo que he iniciado desde que entreno fuerte y más allá de saber lo rudo que será cada día que pasa, el reto se vino con un combo de Fiebre alta por 3 días, 4 dias con gripe, mis 2 hijos se contagiaron y no he podido dormir bien en estos 4 días, lo que hace que me sienta más fatigado, sumado a la enfermedad y es mayor el esfuerzos🔥 la ventaja es que apenas comienzo

El tema es que si yo fuese el único enfermo, tengo una sola tarea, que es curarme rápido para seguir mi reto entrenando, pero cuando se me enfermaron los niños ahí cambia la cosa, no es fácil intentar bajarle la fiebre a ambos en 40, dormirse a las 4am para pararte a las 6 darles el medicamento, bañarlos, vestirlos y estar monitoreandolos todo el día, mi esposa y yo, aparte atender a nuestros clientes y socios de forma online, sin animo, pero hay que hacerlo y ahí es donde se define la disciplina, la real, en medio del caos, con o sin ganas, haces las cosas que tienes que hacer porque te toca y punto, ahí es donde de forja el verdadero caracter y a pesar de pensar muchas veces en, parar el Reto para curarme, lo cierto es que no, decidí seguir porque son pocas repeticiones y las puedo soportar, porque es muy fácil cuando tienes energía, ganas y emoción, pero cuando no? Ahí es el verdadero Reto, no se hasta donde llegaré, espero llegar a los 366 días haciendo 1 Burpees más por día 🔥 lo más importante no es si llego o no, sino dar el 100% de mi siempre, sin excusas, sin excepción, empujandome al siguiente nivel, pronto sabrán de más avances de este Reto 💪🔥
