    Hola amigos les mando un saludo, espero se encuentren entrenando y dando el 100 % en sus rutinas de ejercicios para seguir mejorando su composición corporal como debe ser 💪 en esta ocasión les quiero compartir una Rutina Extrema en la que usaremos un par de mancuernas según tu propio esfuerzo elige unas que puedas dominar a la hora de entrenar, porque esta rutina está extrema

    Para comenzar la Rutina vamos con 5 Repeticiones por Brazo de Dumbbell Snatch usando la mancuerna o pesa rusa, la elevación del Brazo siempre debe ser vertical y llevarla encima del hombro para trabajar todo el recorrido, flexionamos un poco las piernas y nos elevamos 💪

    To start the Routine we go with 5 Repetitions per Arm of Dumbbell Snatch using the dumbbell or kettlebell, the elevation of the Arm should always be vertical and take it above the shoulder to work all the way, we bend our legs a little and we rise 💪.

    Seguimos con Curl de Biceps, puedes usar una barra, un disco, un bolso con varios libros 📚 para utilizarlo como carga o como yo que usé un Bloque para elevarlo controladamente y trabajar bien esos biceps

    🔥 Double Swing con la carga que estés usando en vez de realizar el tradicional movimiento de Kettembell Swing de hace uno doble bajando en la postura y manteniendo el ritmo

    Pasamos al Remo con mancuernas o la carga que uses, la idea es que como son cortas repeticiones hagas un movimiento explosivo y presiones bien los musculos del pecho💪🔥

    Terminamos la ronda con elevaciones frontales de hombros, lleva las mancuernas al nivel de tus hombros y bajas de forma controlada, luego de terminar todos los ejercicios has logrado ya 1 ronda, toma un descanso de 1 minuto y repite unas 5 rondas en total 💪 vamos a ponerle poder a esos ejercicios, espero les guste esta rutina mis amigos
    We finish the round with front shoulder raises, bring the dumbbells to the level of your shoulders and lower in a controlled manner, after finishing all the exercises you have already achieved 1 round, take a 1 minute break and repeat about 5 rounds in total 💪 let's put power to those exercises, hope you like this routine my friends.
