    Hola amigos de esta comunidad de @SWC hoy la pude descubrir, ya que me encontré un post de pura casualidad y me encantó, realmente un lugar para compartir nuestro estilo de vida por el entrenamiento y mantenernos en la mejor forma, me presento por acá, tengo más de 5 años que empecé con este tipo de entrenamientos funcionales, lo que aplico en casa lo aprendí en un box de crossfit y me encanta combinar los ejercicios, estuve compartiendo mis rutinas en gran comunidad de @Fulldeportes con la que estoy super agradecido y ahora con esta nueva comunidad de la que soy nuevo, espero aportarles gran valor💪

    En esta ocasión les quiero compartir una rutina con la que trabajamos el tren superior y el abdomen con un par de mancuernas o lo que tengas en casa que sirva como carga, yo uso unas caseras que hice hace muchos años ya y me han servido para alternar algunos entrenamientos y elevar el nivel de exigencia que aclaro siempre, es personal, cada persona tiene que ir a su propio Ritmo💪🔥
    This time I want to share a routine with which we work the upper body and abdomen with a pair of dumbbells or whatever you have at home that serves as a load, I use some homemade ones that I made many years ago and have served me to alternate some workouts and raise the level of demand that I always clarify, is personal, each person has to go to their own Ritmo💪🔥.

    Con esta rutina trabajaremos una serie de repeticiones en aumento de esta forma 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 - 30 así puedes hacer esta rutina, a tu propio ritmo y nivel físico, no intentes movimientos que aún no dominas así que puedes hacerlo de forma que cuides la técnica y hagas las repeticiones sin importar el tiempo que te tome😎
    With this routine we will work a series of increasing repetitions in this way 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 - 30 so you can do this routine, at your own pace and physical level, don't try movements that you haven't mastered yet so you can do it in a way that you take care of the technique and do the repetitions no matter how long it takes😎.
