A PUNTO DE ARRUINAR UN PASTEL PARA CELEBRAR UNOS 15 AÑOS

However, in this celebration, the cake is an important part and therefore, it also becomes the center of attraction because it is so majestic and delicately decorated.

Today I bring you a slightly different video, as I will show you how I almost ruined a cake for a 15th birthday celebration that I was commissioned by a client for whom I made her wedding cake.

The client wanted a three-tier Red Velvet cake, for 60 people, filled with cream cheese and dulce de leche/arequipe frosting, covered with cream cheese frosting, decorated with edible flowers and leaves and some pearls, also edible.

To be honest, I was a bit nervous with this assignment because it was a very big cake and the travel time to the venue was more than half an hour. This is one of the most difficult moments when making this type of delivery, because any incident can arise on the way.

In this sense and thinking that the cake would arrive intact to the party, I did everything to secure it and that it would be stable and structured so that it would arrive to its destination in one piece.

El ritual de la fiesta de 15 años es uno de los eventos más hermosos y mágicos en la vida de la mayoría de las adolescentes, ya que celebran su transición de niña a mujer. En esta conmemoración la quinceañera viste un elegante vestido que la hace lucir como toda una princesa a la que todos miran y admiran por su lozana belleza. Es ella la estrella de la noche. Sin embrago, en esta celebración, el pastel de 15 años es una parte importante y por ende, también se convierte en el centro de atracción por ser tan majestuoso y delicadamente decorado.

¡Hola, mi linda gente de Hive! Espero se encuentren muy bien y preparados para disfrutar de un merecido fin de semana.
Hoy les traigo un video un tanto diferente, pues les mostraré como estuve a punto de arruinar un pastel de 15 años que me encargó una clienta a la que le hice su torta de bodas.

La cliente quiso una torta Red Velvet de tres pisos, para 60 personas, rellena con frosting de queso crema y dulce de leche/arequipe, cubierta con frosting de queso crema, decorada con flores y hojas comestibles y algunas perlas, también comestibles.

Para ser sincera, estaba algo nerviosa con este encargo porque era un pastel muy grande y el tiempo de traslado hasta el lugar del evento era de más de media hora. Este es uno de los momentos más difíciles a la hora de hacer este tipo de entregas, pues cualquier incidencia puede surgir en el camino.

En este sentido y pensado en que la torta llegara intacta a la fiesta, hice todo para asegurarla y que quedara bien estable y estructurada para que llegara a su destina en una pieza.
