    Hello! Again with you here I bring you the recipe for this tasty chicken in black sauce. I hope you like it.

    Nuevamente con ustedes aquí les traigo la receta de este sabroso pollo en salsa negra. Espero sea de su agrado.


    • Chicken breast, 500 grams.
    • Sugar, 2 tablespoons.
    • Chives, salt, garlic powder (to taste).
    • Oil, 1/2 cup.


    • Pechuga de pollo, 500 gramos.
    • Azúcar, 2 cucharadas.
    • Cebollín, sal, ajo en polvo (al gusto).
    • Aceite, 1/2 taza.


    Season the chicken with salt and garlic powder.

    Aderezamos el pollo con sal y ajo en polvo.


    In a frying pan or pot we pour oil and let it heat, when the oil is hot we add sugar; we wait for it to change color; when it has a dark brown color then we add the chicken; then chives.
    En un sartén o olla echamos aceite dejamos calentar, cuando el aceite este caliente añadimos azúcar; esperamos que cambie de color; cuando tenga color marrón oscuro entonces añadimos el pollo; luego cebollín.
