Here is a simple, quick and tasty Chicken deep Fry recipe for you,.
The Chicken pieces to the Deep fry has two phase preparation
There are many ways to get them superb tasty. One among them is my experiment with Chicken.
Choose the chicken pieces wisely based on your preference. Since I mentioned it as sides, I prefer it to be smaller pieces.
Here it goes
Here the Rice flour and Egg whites are the ingredients to get the chicken surface crispy.
When fried in hot oil, the outer layer gets fried and gets crispy.
Make sure oil is pre heated, else the chicken pieces will absorb more oil and will be grumpy. Only if the oil is hot and preheated, the surface gets crispy and the inner meat gets cooked eventually.
Hope this short guide gives you an idea on how to arrive to some point atleast.

Note : Red Chilli Powder is purely optional for those who prefer zero spicy food. Alternatively you can use pepper powder or just the salt and turmeric with garlic paste.
