Objetivo del Entrenamiento

Training Objective

Hago este tipo de rutina mayormente el primer día de cada semana, cuando estoy a mi máximo potencial y vengo ya recuperado de la semana anterior con el descanso del fin de semana.

I do this type of routine mostly on the first day of each week, when I'm at my maximum potential and I've already recovered from the previous week with the weekend break.

Hago este tipo de rutina para obtener un mayor rendimiento es mis combos de estáticos, ya que en comparación con los dinámicos, estos requieren una mayor cantidad de fuerza y resistencia, provocando que en cierta parte sea más complicado, puesto que puede provocar fatiga muscular.

I do this type of routine to get a better performance in my static combos, since compared to the dynamic ones, these require a greater amount of strength and resistance, causing it to be more complicated in a certain part, since it can cause muscle fatigue.

Si quieres obtener un mayor rendimiento en tus combos de Only Static, no puedes olvidar meter este tipo de rutina en tus entrenamientos al menos una vez a la semana. Así también puedes ir comparando cuando has mejorado tomando en cuenta las semanas anteriores.

If you want to get more performance from your Only Static combos, you can't forget to include this type of routine in your workouts at least once a week. This way you can also compare when you have improved taking into account the previous weeks.

Para mencionar de manera específica como realizo este tipo de rutina, personalmente, pues, después de mi calentamiento y ejercicios básicos para evitar cualquier tipo de lesión. Empiezo primeramente realizando en un mismo combo elementos como la plancha, Front Lever, Hefesto y sus variaciones, todo en un mismo combo para ver mi rendimiento al justar varios elementos de diferentes tipos en un mismo combo.

To mention specifically how I do this type of routine, personally, well, after my warm-up and basic exercises to avoid any type of injury. I start by first performing elements such as the iron, Front Lever, Hephaestus and their variations in the same combo, all in the same combo to see my performance when judging several elements of different types in the same combo.

Posterior a eso, empiezo a realizar combos específicos de un mismo elemento con sus variaciones, como por ejemplo un combo de plancha, incluyendo variaciones como la maltesa, press, push ups, variación de agarre, etc. Lo mismo aplica para el Front Lever y cualquier otro elemento. Ya por último paso a realizar el mismo método, pero con la asistencia de la liga, haciendo combos de Front Lever, plancha, o intentando trucos que me gustaría conseguir, pero con ayuda de la liga para adaptarme mejor al movimiento y poco a poco ir desarrollando esa fuerza.

After that, I begin to perform specific combos of the same element with its variations, such as a plank combo, including variations such as the maltese, press, push ups, grip variation, etc. The same goes for the Front Lever and any other element.
