WHAT ARE NEOCARIDINS🧠👨‍🏫👨‍💻/QUE SON LAS NEOCARIDINAS🧬🦐

As I mentioned in the video, neocaridins are species of shrimp that inhabit fresh waters and whose origin is Taiwan, although their scientific name is: Neocaridina davidi, of which there are a great variety of mutations, ranging from black to blue! the one most used in aquariums are red shrimp! They are part of our "cleaning team" that is, they are essential to clean the detritus, or the waste that ends up in the bottom of our aquarium! biologically they have a "scavenger" diet since they can eat even the leaves that decompose!🧐🤔

Como lo menciono en el video las neocaridinas son especies de camarones que habitan en aguas dulces y cuyo origen es Taiwan, aunque su nombre cientifico es: Neocaridina davidi, de ellas hay una gran variedad de mutaciones, encontrandonos desde negras hasta azules! la que mas se utiliza en acuarios son las gambas rojas! forman parte de nuestro "equipo de limpieza" osea son indispensable para limpiar el detritus, o los desperdicios que acaban en el fondo de nuestro acuario! biologicamente tienen una dieta "carroñera" ya que pueden comer hasta las hojas que se de👨‍🏫🦐scomponen!

The morphology is typical like that of a common fresh or salt water shrimp, its body has a tubular or cylindrical shape, the body is divided into two sections, the cephalothorax and the abdomen, its size is variable depending on the subspecies but they can reach the 3cm, its average is 2.5cm! It has a total of 10 legs, when the neocaridins are in their wild habitat their colors are very pale since they do not have pigmentation! its origin is Asian! and by inhabiting rivers they can adapt to fast moving waters!😲🕵️‍♂️🦐

La morfologia es tipica como la de un camaron comun de agua dulce o salada, su cuerpo tiene una forma tubular o cilindrica, el cuerpo esta dividido en dos secciones el cefalotorax y el abdomen, su tamaño es variable dependiendo de la subespecie pero pueden alcanzar los 3cm, su promedio es 2,5cm! presenta un total de 10 patas, cuando las neocaridinas estan en su habitat salvaje sus colores son muy palidos ya que no tienen pigmentacion! su origen es asiatico! y al habitar rios pueden adaptarse a aguas con movimientos rapidos!🧠🧬

En esta imagen e señalado las partes internas y como se estructura el cuerpo del camaron de agua dulce, presenta una separacion de abdomen y cefalotorax, en el video podemos ver claramente el corazon latiendo y si prestamos atencion podemos tambien ver "la sangre" corriendo por los vasos! las neocaridinas tienen movimientos muy explosivos tipicos de artropodos que sirven para huir cuando van a ser depredados! como ya lo mencione tienen un habito alimentico de tipo "carroñero".🧬🦐

In biology, prawns are great indicators of environmental contamination, they are species that are very sensitive to changes in the environment! there is a species that is the "caridina" whose levels of requirements are very high to keep them in the aquarium, they need a very specific pH or they die! Unlike neocaridia, these already have a much higher tolerance margin! a pH between 6-8 and a temperature between 12 to 30! Obviously the higher the temperature their metabolism speeds up and they require a lot of oxygen!🧠🧬

En la biologia las gambas son grandes indicadoras de contaminacion ambiental, son especies muy sensibles a los cambios del ambiente! hay una especie que es la "caridina" cuyos niveles de requerimientos son muy altos para mantenerlas en el acuario, necesitan un pH muy especifico o mueren! a diferencias de las neocaridias estas ya tienen un margen de tolerancia mucho mayor! un pH entre 6-8 y una temperatura entre 12 a 30! obviamente mientras mas alta la temperatura su metabolismo se acelera y requieren de mucho oxigeno!🤯🤯
