La Hack Squat, es una máquina donde realizamos un tipo de sentadilla. Tiene un respaldo y un soporte para colocar los disco.
Como toda sentadilla es un ejercicio multiarticular, y la Hack Squat no se queda atrás, aquí trabajas mayormente tus Cuádriceps y Glúteos, también trabajas tus isquiotibiales y gemelos. Y no está demás decir que te reta muchísimo tu movilidad.
