    Hello . After two consecutive exercises for the front shoulder, now I want to show a traps exercise. Traps are muscles that are activated when lifting the shoulders up. The exercise is done with a barbell or dumbbells and the specific is to lift the shoulders up and then turn them back. Thus the contraction is greater.
