¡Hola comunidad de #Hive y #SWC! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un breve relato de mi entrenamiento casual de hoy (22/4/24). Comencé centrándome en una OAP (One Arm Planche), la cual estoy aprendiendo a dominar con mayor precisión. Luego, realicé algunas planchas convencionales, como las full y straddle. A pesar de no estar al 100% en mi forma física hoy, el entrenamiento fue suave y gratificante. Después de la sesión, pasé un rato con un amigo, charlando y practicando algunos trucos. También compartimos consejos para mejorar las planchas y, por supuesto, la OAP, que sigue siendo un desafío emocionante con un amplio margen de mejora. ¡Espero que disfruten de mi entrenamiento! 😊🏋️♀️🔥
Hello #Hive and #SWC community!!! Today I want to share with you a brief account of my casual training today (4/22/24). I started by focusing on an OAP (One Arm Planche), which I'm learning to master more precisely. Then, I performed some conventional planches, such as full and straddle. Despite not being 100% fit today, the workout was smooth and rewarding. After the session, I spent some time with a friend, chatting and practicing some tricks. We also shared tips on how to improve planks and of course the OAP, which remains an exciting challenge with plenty of room for improvement. hope you enjoyed my workout! 😊🏋️♀️🔥
