full sports, I am ramsses and below I will bring you a routine where we will do all the exercises without rest and without getting off the bar, I am going to make our routine difficult and affect our muscles more.
Las rutinas super sets son de las mejores cuando se trata de la hipertrofia, resistencia y mejoria en las repeticiones, estos super sets al ser sin descanso nos ayudara a nuestra resistencia buscando la forma de descansar sin bajar de la barra, tambien nos ayudara con las repeticiones ya que podemos poner repeticiones al fallo, nos ayudaria tambien a la mejoria de repeticiones ya que al principio al hacer las muscle ups estariamos haciendo los 2 ejercicios combinados a rango completo esto mejorara nuestra fuerza y tecnica.
Super set routines are the best when it comes to hypertrophy, resistance and improvement in repetitions. These super sets, being without rest, will help us with our resistance by looking for a way to rest without getting off the bar. It will also help us with the repetitions since we can put repetitions to failure, it would also help us improve repetitions since at the beginning when doing the muscle ups we would be doing the 2 exercises combined at full range this will improve our strength and technique.
