full sports, I'm Ramsses and now I'll bring you a new video where I'll show you a cardio routine, what I usually do when I want to improve my resistance, as you know I've been improving my legs and this routine has helped me a lot.
La zona de las piernas es un poco dificil para nosotros los ectomorfos ya que somos muy flacos y para aumentar esta zona y en especifico toda la masa muscular es un poco dificil de aumentar, sin embargo esta rutina me ha gustado y la he estado haciendo para estos musculos y resistencia.
The leg area is a bit difficult for us ectomorphs since we are very skinny and to increase this area and specifically all muscle mass is a bit difficult to increase, however I liked this routine and I have been doing it for these muscles and resistance.
