Greetings, dear community, today I come to formally get active with training. I am finding great satisfaction in getting my body moving. I continue to follow an exercise plan that will allow me to tone up and lose weight.
En la sesión que les muestro realizo cinco ejercicios para trabajar el abdomen o la zona media. Hice tres series de 20 repeticiones. Empecé por esta zona ya que aquí se concentra la mayor cantidad de grasa, así que mi objetivo es aplanar y eliminar los excesos.
