El dia de hoy les traigo una rutina un poco más complicada a las que suelo traer, es una rutina nivel intermedio para lograr el front lever, un estático que requiere buena base y fuerza de tracción. ⚓

Ésta rutina está compuesta de 5 ejercicios para trabajar de la forma más completa el front lever tanto la fuerza de press, hale y resistencia de aguante, esta rutina la realizo yo actualmente y de verdad me funciona muchísimo y espero este también sea su caso. No recomiendo realizar esta rutina sin una buena base en la progresiones ya que hay que tratar de hacer los ejercicios lo mejor posible. Sin más nada que decir... Comenzamos!! ⚓

This routine is composed of 5 exercises to work in the most complete way the front lever both the strength of press, hale and endurance resistance, I currently perform this routine and it really works me a lot and I hope this is also your case.
