    Una de las cosas m谩s importantes que en lo personal aplico cuando voy a realizar estos entrenamientos exigentes, es el ir practicando cada movimiento por individual 1 o 2 veces por semana para ir dominando cada movimiento en el momento de anexarlo a una rutina馃挭 hasta que no logro dominar unas 10 repeticiones, no lo agrego ya que la clave es que pueda dominar el ejercicio y no que el ejercicio te domine a ti馃敟
    One of the most important things that I personally apply when I go to perform these demanding workouts, is to practice each movement individually 1 or 2 times a week to master each movement at the time of adding it to a routine馃挭 until I have mastered about 10 repetitions, I do not add it because the key is that I can dominate the exercise and not that the exercise dominates you馃敟.

    Siempre hablo de la intensidad en los entrenamientos pero la t茅cnica es super importante dominar por encima de querer terminar todo r谩pido, no es la ideal por eso mentalizate en ir con las repeticiones como estan indicadas en el video, 10-20-30-20-10 En total haremos 90 repeticiones de cada ejercicio por eso tomate el tiempo de dominar movimientos para que puedas hacerlo en tu rutina, espero les guste y logren hacerla馃挭
