Saludos fraternales a todos los miembros de la comunidad @holos-lotus , hoy quise hacer diferente a lo que vengo haciendo, es decir algo mas novedoso por así decirlo. He grabado un vídeo que pensé publicar en la comunidad de EspaVlogs, pero luego me di cuenta que el tipo de contenido o temática del vídeo era mas acorde a esta comunidad. He grabado lo que he llamado en el pasado una "Píldora Estoica". Algunos que me hayan leído desde el principio quizás sepan que ya he hablado sobre el ESTOICISMO y como funciona como una filosofía acorde a los tiempos modernos. Esta escuela filosófica fue fundada en el siglo III A.C por Zenón de Citio y aunque fue una de las antiguas escuelas de filosofía de Atenas, no es una filosofía teórica ni mucho menos complicada. Se trata de una filosofía practica para que el ciudadano o individuo común pueda hacer frente a las dificultades cotidianas de la vida. Personalmente me ha ayudado un montón con mi vida y mis propias dificultades. La vida puede ser hermosa y plena pero la vida también es tocar fondo, y muchas veces no es facil para nadie, todos deberíamos aprender algo sobre los estoicos y por ello me tomé el tiempo de realizar este humilde metraje

I have recorded what I have called in the past a "Stoic Pill". Some of you who have read me from the beginning may know that I have already talked about STOICISM and how it works as a philosophy according to modern times. This philosophical school was founded in the 3rd century B.C. by Zeno of Citium and although it was one of the ancient schools of philosophy in Athens, it is not a theoretical philosophy and far from complicated. It is a practical philosophy for the common citizen or individual to cope with the daily difficulties of life. Personally it has helped me a lot with my life and my own difficulties. Life can be beautiful and full but life is also about hitting rock bottom, and many times it's not easy for anyone, we should all learn something about the stoics and that's why I took the time to make this humble footage.

¿Que esta bajo nuestro control y que no?

En este vídeo intento disertar un poco sobre las cosas que estan bajo nuestro control y las que no, en el Estoicismo esta diferenciación hace la diferencia. Saber determinar que es lo que podemos controlar y que no, nos ahorra mucho sufrimiento y energía psíquica, la verdad espero que puedan verlo, quizás es un poco largo para la próxima tratare de sintetizar mas el contenido.
