A big greeting to all the participants, jury, organizers, to all those who do their bit for the realization of this Festival and its permanence over time. The song I participate with today is "Amigo" by Roberto Carlos. There is a phrase in said song that is very significant:

Un gran saludo a todos los participantes, jurado, organizadores, a todos los que colocan su granito de arena para la realización de este Festival y su permanencia en el tiempo.

La canción con la que participo hoy es "Amigo" de Roberto Carlos. Hay una frase en dicha canción que es muy significativa:

"Recuerdo que juntos pasamos muy bellos momentos
y tú no cambiaste por fuertes que fueran los tiempos"

Es la prueba de fuego del amigo con el que pasamos los momentos buenos: permanecer inalterable a nuestro lado en los momentos fuertes, en los momentos malos.

En las Sagradas Escrituras hay pasajes en los cuales brillan los ejemplos de amistades sinceras:
La amistad de Ruth con su suegra Nohemí, la del Rey David y Jonatán, la de nuestro Señor Jesucristo con Lázaro y sus hermanas.

Aprovechando el hecho de que estamos en Adviento y es una época de especial preparación para la venida de nuestro Señor, podemos pensar en nuestros amigos y cuestionarnos ¿Qué clase de amigos somos? ¿Qué debemos mejorar para llegar a ser esa clase de amigos que merecen una canción como esta?
