Quarantine Blues in the Philippines

One household member issued a quarantine pass so they may buy water, groceries, cooking gas etc. other than that its stay at home and stay at home! CAses in the Philippines are increasing but it's difficult to see the true scale of things with the way testing is being implemented. Much the same in a lot of places around the world.
