Hello my friends, we are back with the preparation of a drink, that for me, it really is amazing; this is because its combination provides us with many healthy benefits for the body. This time we are going to prepare a 3 in 1 based on watermelon, beet and guava. I remind you that these fruits are cut and frozen, because I think that this way they keep all their nutrients.
Now, we know that watermelon, beet and guava have multiple vitamins and minerals, however, I am going directly to iron, since this mineral allows to raise the levels of hemoglobin in the body, keeping away from it one of the diseases that weakens us as anemia. I say this because this drink was used by several people in my family who had this health problem at the time. Likewise, we cannot forget that these fruits are a source of energy, so let's all prepare and enjoy this amazing drink. Actives.
I like this preparation very much, in fact, I am lucky enough to love all fruits in all their presentations, so let's say no more and go straight to the preparation, details that you will enjoy watching the video which has no waste. Let's go first with the ingredients.
As I always say, everyone has their own way of preparing drinks and this is mine, so let's see what I need for it, remembering that the fruits are frozen and I like to use them raw:
All the fruits were previously washed to be cut and put in freezer. For this preparation, first I put the watermelon in the blender with a little water, remembering that watermelon is a source of a lot of water. It should be noted that the fruits were blended and strained separately. The water was used only for the watermelon, since when blending the beets I used the watermelon juice and when blending the guava, I used the combined watermelon and beet juice. All this with the purpose of concentrating the flavors much more.
Similarly, the sugar was added when the last fruit was blended, which in this case was the guava. Then, to compact the preparation, a hand mixer was used to beat the whole preparation. We finished serving the 3 in 1 in our ecological glass and logically we were ready to try this amazing drink; if you want a little bit, come and I will give you this source of iron so you can say goodbye to anemia. This really turned out great and like I said, enjoy the video to get all the details. Come on, get active.

Vamos, activo.
