    Activando Piernas.... Imparable. Al ritmo del rock continuamos forjando, fortaleciendo, y desarrollando el tren inferior, a través de movimientos bien definidos y no convencionales. Así es, porque como todos saben traemos para ustedes ejercicios diferentes; haremos estocadas y sentadillas, sí, pero deben observar el #video porque se darán cuenta que los movimientos están combinados, y con ejecución variada. Estamos activos solo para ustedes, vente conmigo y hagamos explotar esas piernas. No dejes que te lo cuenten, te vas a arrepentir.

    Activating Legs.... Unstoppable. To the rhythm of rock we continue forging, strengthening, and developing the lower body, through well-defined and unconventional movements. That's right, because as you all know we bring for you different exercises; we will do lunges and squats, yes, but you should watch the #video because you will realize that the movements are combined, and with varied execution.     Y con el movimiento activo de piernas, comenzamos los ejercicios obligatorios de calentamiento. Acción imperdible, no la dejen pasar. Calentamiento 1; rodillazos laterales. Seguimos con el Calentamiento 2; torsiones oblicuas continuas, 3 minutos de cada ejercicio. Si aún sientes que tu cuerpo no está en las condiciones esperadas, calienta un poco más. Recordar tomar descansos de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series; no olvides hidratarte, ya que debemos reponer los fluidos y las sales perdidas durante la acción. De igual manera, no debes olvidar que los glúteos y abdomen tienen que estar contraídos en todo momento.

    El circuito principal está integrado por 3 estaciones. Estación 1; estocadas frontales con cambio + sentadillas en salto. Piernas poderosas, 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Estación 2, sentadillas con giro + golpes. Super dinámico, tren inferior y brazos full acción. 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Estación 3, sentadillas + flexión interna de rodillas. Fabuloso, piernas de acero. 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Nos relajamos con patadas suaves por 3 minutos. Gracias por preferir nuestro canal de @threespeak.     And with the active leg movement, we begin the mandatory warm-up exercises. Unmissable action, do not miss it. Warm-up 1; lateral kneeling. We continue with Warm-up 2; continuous oblique twists, 3 minutes of each exercise. If you still feel that your body is not in the expected condition, warm up a little more. Remember to take 20-second breaks between exercises, and 1 to 2 minutes between sets; do not forget to hydrate yourself, as we must replenish fluids and salts lost during the action.
