I want to share the best recipe from the mountain lifestyle. It is safe and organic. Aside from being a healthy food, it is also easy to make and we could start a business by doing it.
Our bones became strong through this kind of our basic food when I
we were a child and I wanna share it so the youngsters will know how to make it.
During vacation, I made it to satisfy my craving for how many years I had been away from home.
I big casserole of an unpeeled banana
2 younger coconut (not too young/not too old)
1/2 kilo brown sugar(kinugay)
Smashed peanuts
Procedure:
Boiled the banana. Remove the peeling. Grind the coconut and add the sugar. Smash all the peeled banana, gradually adding the sweetened coconut. Do it repeatedly until the finish.
Get cellophane , flatten the smashed banana. Then add or sprinkle the smashed peanut and roll it. Slice it according to your desire.
