Hoy quiero compartirles una rutina realizada en casa, la semana pasada, específicamente el 1 de mayo, día del trabajador, no tenía bailoterapia, no quise dejar de entrenar ese día, me dije vamos, que sí podemos y es por ello que les traigo una rutina demasiada poderosa y potente: elimina cauchos.

    Sigo enfocada en trabajar un poco más mi abdomen, piernas y brazos, mi meta es seguir fortaleciéndome para el running y el reto burpees, aunque este último lo tengo a paso de Morrocoy, pero allí voy, con esta semana en pausa en mis entrenamientos, se me activo la cervical, desde el día sábado, con vértigos incluido y el día domingo por la ola de calor, me dio una subida de tensión, la cual me dejó el ojo derecho con un malestar ocular terrible, estoy por ahora cumpliendo tratamiento médico, allí voy mejorando; cuando mejore, retomaré mi reto burpees, sé que mis compañeros me tienen una morena adelante, pero igualmente voy a seguir, hasta donde pueda y me permita mi salud.

Así como, trabajar cada quien a su ritmo, ya que la condición física y las metas a lograr varían en cada uno de nosotros, también pueden hacer adaptaciones de los ejercicios, si lo requieren.

    Para obtener mejores resultados, te recomiendo ser disciplinado, constante y sobre todo perseverante para realizar esta rutina, por lo menos dos o tres veces por semana, acompañada de una alimentación balanceada e hidratación adecuada, me voy por lo dicho: para lucir bellas, debemos ver las estrellas y sudar la gota gorda 😅. Vamos que sí se puede💪💪💪🔥🔥🔥. No se olviden de culminar la rutina con sus respectivos estiramientos, para relajar los músculos después de la jornada realizada.
