Casi todos los fines de semana me reúno con algunos compañeros de trabajo para realizar partidos de práctica y así tratar de mantener la forma física ya que estamos mentalizados en un torneo empresarial que se realizará en los próximos meses, el año pasado lo jugamos y perdimos en las semifinales por penales (fallé el último), pero quedamos con la sensación de que podíamos ganar el torneo, es así que nos planteamos jugar la mayor cantidad de veces posibles durante el año para llegar al próximo con mas fuerzas que nunca.

Nuestro horario laboral nos permite salir los sábados a las 12 PM y de allí directamente nos vamos a una cancha que queda a unos 40 minutos del trabajo, debemos reservarla con mucha anticipación ya que como comprenderán en este país el futbol tiene mucha demanda entre grandes y pequeños, así que si queremos separar el sitio exitosamente debemos ser muy diligentes.

Almost every weekend I get together with some work colleagues to play practice matches and try to keep in shape because we are focused on a business tournament to be held in the coming months, last year we played it and lost in the semifinals by penalties (I missed the last one), but we had the feeling that we could win the tournament, so we plan to play as many times as possible during the year to get to the next one with more strength than ever.

Our work schedule allows us to leave on Saturdays at 12 PM and from there we go directly to a field that is about 40 minutes from work, we must book it well in advance because as you understand in this country soccer is in high demand among large and small, so if we want to separate the site successfully we must be very diligent.

La cancha es para jugar 5 contra 5 y casi siempre estamos completos, pocas veces tenemos adicionales que sirvan de recambio para quienes se cansan prematuramente, los partidos suelen ser frenéticos y comprenderán que no todos aguantan una hora continua subiendo y bajando por el césped artificial, como pueden ver, no todos estamos en muy buena forma, pero lo que si es cierto es que lo damos todo y terminamos con un cansancio muy satisfactorio.

The field is to play 5 against 5 and we are almost always full, we rarely have additional players to serve as replacements for those who get tired prematurely, the games are usually frenetic and you will understand that not everyone can withstand an hour continuous up and down the artificial turf, as you can see, not all of us are in very good shape, but what is certain is that we give everything and end with a very satisfactory fatigue.

Elegimos cancha techada ya que a la 1 PM el sol puede ser muy contundente y en ese sentido se acelera el cansancio, este año estamos en una especie de verano que no se acaba así que debemos reducir el calor de alguna forma, pero para estas épocas el año pasado teníamos que jugar abrigados, supongo que son cosas del calentamiento global.

We chose an indoor court because at 1 PM the sun can be very strong and in that sense the fatigue is accelerated, this year we are in a kind of summer that does not end so we must reduce the heat somehow, but for this time last year we had to play warmly, I guess it's global warming things.

El próximo fin de semana jugaremos contra otro equipo en una cancha grande en la que debemos ser 7 contra 7, será la primera vez en mucho tiempo en la que no seremos rivales y uniremos esfuerzos contra un equipo desconocido, bueno, por lo menos desconocidos en juego ya que son de otro departamento de la empresa, pero nunca hemos jugado contra ellos. En el video podrán ver el lugar y algunas jugadas, si no me reconocen soy el calvo con polo/franela amarilla 😅 que juega siempre en la defensa, es la posición que mas me gusta.

Next weekend we will play against another team in a big field in which we must be 7 against 7, it will be the first time in a long time in which we will not be rivals and we will join efforts against an unknown team, well, at least unknown in game since they are from another department of the company, but we have never played against them. In the video you can see the place and some plays, if you don't recognize me I'm the bald guy with yellow polo shirt/stripe 😅 who always plays defense, it's the position I like the most.
