De verdad estamos conscientes de lo corta que puede ser la vida?

Que no sólo el tiempo pasa rápido, sino que no nos percatamos de ello y muchas veces lo perdemos con odio, rencor, afanes innecesarios, pensando en el que dirán en vez de ir en busca de nuestros sueños y eso que nos hace felices.

Un día estamos aquí, mañana no sabemos, yo evito dejar que en mi corazón se aniden pensamientos de rencor y resentimiento, porque eso mata el alma, nos llena de amargura y daña todo lo que tenemos a nuestro alrededor, la familia, las amistades y todo aquello que realmente nos importa.

Vale la pena trabajar por nuestra felicidad y por los seres que nos importa, si nuestro ser está sano emocionalmente podemos brindarle ese bienestar a otros, de lo contrario podemos hacer daño.

Are we really aware of how short life can be?

That not only time passes quickly, but we do not realize it and many times we waste it with hatred, resentment, unnecessary worries, thinking about what people will say instead of going in search of our dreams and what makes us happy.

One day we are here, tomorrow we do not know, I avoid letting thoughts of resentment and resentment nest in my heart, because that kills the soul, fills us with bitterness and damages everything we have around us, family, friendships and everything that really matters to us.

It is worth working for our happiness and for those we care about, if our being is emotionally healthy we can provide that welfare to others, otherwise we can do harm.

La canción que escogí se llama "Mi último día" , un tema que nos invita a reflexionar en lo que debemos hacer día a día. Si a mí me dijeran que hoy es mi último día de vída probablemente lo viviría tal cuál dice la canción, debo trabajar por hacer de cada día uno que pueda disfrutar y valorar todo lo que tengo, así sea poco, para mí lo es todo, tomar consciencia de que nuestra felicidad no depende de otros o de las circunstancias sino de nuestra actitud ante los desafíos que nos presenten hace la diferencia en todo.

Está canción es de Tercer cielo y se llama mi último día, como en repetidas ocasiones me acompaña mi esposo, espero que puedan disfrutarla al igual que nosotros la disfrutamos cantando para todos ustedes.
