Hive music Festival week 41 Round 2 / Cover ‘’Tu‘’ (Shakira)

Saludos a toda la comunidad de hive, nuevamente tengo el placer de compartir mi talento y pasión con cada uno de ustedes, esperando de alguna manera inspirarlos y hacerlos revivir recuerdos a través de canciones y experiencias propias.

Pensé que no llegaría a tiempo esta semana, de hecho no sé si lo haga 🤣 pero no quería perderme el poder compartir esta ronda con ustedes, debo ser sincera al decirles que este cover no salió como esperaba, me refiero al nivel vocal porque admito que tuve algunos detalles, el problema de dedicarme un poco a la guitarra hace que me olvide o me desconcentre en la técnica por poner toda mi atención en los arreglos que estoy haciendo, en este caso quise ejecutar la intro de este tema que quizás para muchos guitarrista es muy fácil, pero para mi no tanto, así que sé que este es un área que debo trabajar porque aunque soy cantante también me gustaría manejar con mayor detalle mi instrumento, así poder darle a mis temas mas dinámicas en todo sentido, así que de igual manera quise mostrarle mi trabajo, aunque sé que no es perfecto, trabajaré en eso en mis próximas presentaciones.

La semana pasada les interpreté Antología y me quedé pensando en la idea de que en este ciclo traería aquellas canciones de Shakira que en sus inicios me encantaron, se que probablemente necesitaré tres ciclos mas para poder completar las que quiero, pero sacaré con pinzas las que creo que pueden funcionar para mi, siento que estos dos son los mas románticos y sin duda por su estilo son mis favoritos, aún no sé cuál les cantaré la semana que viene, si alguno tiene una mente me la puede dejar saber en los comentarios y lo tendré en cuenta. I thought I wouldn't make it on time this week, in fact I don't know if I will 🤣 but I didn't want to miss being able to share this round with you, I must be honest to tell you that this cover didn't come out as I expected, I mean the vocal level because I admit I had some details, the problem of dedicating myself a little bit to the guitar makes me forget or disconcentrate in the technique because I put all my attention in the arrangements I'm doing, In this case I wanted to perform the intro of this song that maybe for many guitarists is very easy, but for me not so much, so I know that this is an area that I have to work on because although I am a singer I would also like to handle my instrument with more detail, so I can give my songs more dynamics in every way, so I wanted to show you my work, although I know it is not perfect, I will work on that in my next presentations.

Last week I played Anthology and I was thinking about the idea that in this cycle I would bring those Shakira songs that I loved in the beginning, I know that I will probably need three more cycles to complete the ones I want, but I will take with tweezers those that I think can work for me, I feel that these two are the most romantic and certainly for their style are my favorites, I still do not know which one I will sing next week, if anyone has a mind you can let me know in the comments and I will take it into account.
