"First Loss" is a piece composed by the German composer R. Schumann that is part of his "Album for the Young", Op. 68. I chose this slightly melancholic work because it expresses the nostalgia I feel for "Father's Day", Like any son, I always remember my old man, but on days like yesterday, the emptiness feels a little stronger.

  One of the most difficult things in life is facing the loss of loved ones, it is perhaps one of the most painful tests that we must endure in this existence; Paradoxically, the absence of a loved one will accompany us for the rest of our lives to remind us that we must value and live the present as if there were no tomorrow, with love, without wasting time in meaningless discussions, without wasting family moments and the possibility of drawing a smile in the soul of the other...

  If death is a defeat, faith, hope and love are the definitive victory that allows us to persevere and live with joy this ephemeral race of life.

  "First Loss" es una pieza compuesta por el compositor alemán R. Schumann que forma parte de su "Album for the Young", Op. 68. Escogí esta obra un poco melancólica pues expresa la nostalgia que siento el "día del padre", como cualquier hijo, siempre recuerdo a mi viejo, pero en los días como el de ayer, el vacío se siente un poco más fuerte.

  Una de las cosas más difíciles de la vida es afrontar la pérdida de los seres amados, es quizás una de las pruebas más dolorosas que debemos soportar en esta existencia; la ausencia del ser amado paradójicamente nos acompañará el resto de nuestras vidas para recordarnos que debemos valorar y vivir el presente como si no hubiera mañana, con amor, sin perder el tiempo en discusiones sin sentido, sin desperdiciar los momentos familiares y la posibilidad de dibujar una sonrisa en el alma del otro...

  Si la muerte es una derrota, la fe, la esperanza y el amor son la vitoria definitiva que nos permite perseverar y vivir con alegría esta efímera carrera de la vida.
