Bueno el día de hoy les quiero hablar un poco de como fue mi día de entrenamiento con mis compañeros de calistenia, en el video podremos observar como se desarrollan nuestras habilidades en el street workout y calistenia, podrán ver trucos de dinámicos y estáticos. Lo cual pueden ver el esfuerzo que tuvimos para poder sacar movimientos de freestyle avanzados ya que en el vídeo me encuentro yo haciendo diferentes combinaciones de dinámicos y también podrán observar los fails que están donde se ve que varias veces fallo los trucos porque de eso se trata también ,habrán momentos donde falles pero la idea es que te levantes y lo vuelvas a intentar.
