Hello, beautiful people of Hive. My name is Melitza and I am from Venezuela. I am a musician, music producer and pop singer, and this is my participation in the Vibes web3 Competition Music week 1.

Today I share with you a cover of "If I Ain't Got You" by Alicia Keys, because for me this song has a beautiful and deep meaning that makes me feel inspired every day of my life.

In this song, Alicia tells us that in life everything can change in an instant and that, in addition, we always want many things, but ... what really matters when you do not have the things that matter most?

Listening to this lyrics and singing it while I look around at my friends, my family, my boyfriend and my team makes me feel that everything I could wish to have and achieve at some point would mean nothing if I did not have them with me ❤️

On the other hand, this is a song with a high demand, both interpretive and vocal, which personally has allowed me to develop my skills as a singer.

To sing this style of songs, I must work on vocal technique and at the same time involve my emotions, to then unify all this with my personal style.

Hoy les comparto un cover de "If I Ain't Got You" de Alicia Keys, ya que para mí esta canción tiene un significado hermoso y profundo que me hace sentir inspirada cada día de mi vida.

En esta canción, Alicia nos habla de que en la vida todo puede cambiar en un instante y de que, además, todos siempre queremos muchas cosas, pero... ¿qué es lo que realmente importa cuando no tienes las cosas que más importan?

Escuchar esta letra y cantarla mientras veo a mi alrededor a mis amigos, mi familia, mi novio y mi equipo me hace sentir que todo lo que pueda desear tener y logre tener en algún momento no significaría nada si no los tuviese a ellos junto a mí ❤️

Por otro lado, esta es una canción con una alta exigencia, tanto interpretativa como vocal, lo que personalmente me ha permitido desarrollar mis habilidades como cantante.

Para cantar este estilo de canciones, debo trabajar la técnica vocal y al mismo tiempo involucrar mis emociones, para luego unificar todo esto con mi estilo personal.
