Hello, lovely people! This is my participation in the Vibes Web3 Music Competition Week 5. ✨

This weekly challenge is a lot of fun; moreover, it’s exciting and motivating to read the beautiful comments you leave. In a nutshell, I’m very grateful and happy to be participating in this competition and for you to get to know my voice.

Today, I’m sharing this video where I perform “Breakaway”, a beautiful song popularized by Kelly Clarkson and considered the most iconic of her career. It debuted as part of her second album, also titled “Breakaway”.

I discovered this song thanks to my love, @leonardo.audio, who almost a year ago told me how much he liked this song and thought it would sound beautiful with my voice. As soon as I heard it, I loved it: the melodies, the instrumentation, and the lyrics, all of it seemed incredibly beautiful and inspiring. So, I took him up on his suggestion and set out to learn it.

It’s a song with a lot of lyrics and words that were definitely a challenge for me, considering that I don’t speak the language fluently; I only understand and sing it. It was also a vocal challenge, I incorporated my mixed voice and belting, among other techniques, to be able to sing it from start to finish. My plan is to keep learning and improving all those little details in every aspect, and as I do, I’ll share my progress with you.🤗

I chose this song for today because of its beautiful musical characteristics and its theme, which I find very inspiring. It makes me feel completely identified. The lyrics speak about personal growth, breaking free, daring to change, and pursuing dreams. And that’s what life is all about: day by day, it’s a constant evolution, so we’ll always need that courage to keep changing ourselves too. 🎶✨

Through my voice, I want to convey this message of motivation to you, so that music can help you feel motivated, inspired, and happy, just as I felt when interpreting this song for my love @leonardo.audio, and for all of you.💜

Hola, bonitos y bonitas. Esta es mi participación en la Vibes Web3 Music Competition Week 5.✨

Este reto semanal es muy divertido; además, es emocionante y motivador leer los comentarios tan hermosos que me dejan. En pocas palabras, estoy muy agradecida y feliz de estar participando en esta competencia y de que conozcan mi voz.

Hoy les comparto este video donde interpreto “Breakaway”, una hermosa canción popularizada por Kelly Clarkson y considerada como la más emblemática de su carrera. Debutó como parte de su segundo álbum, también titulado “Breakaway”.

Conocí esta canción gracias a mi amor @leonardo.audio, quien hace casi un año me habló de que le gustaba mucho esta canción y pensó que quedaría muy bonita para mi voz. Apenas la escuché, me gustó muchísimo: sus melodías, su instrumentación y su letra, todo me pareció muy hermoso e inspirador. Así que le tomé la palabra y me puse en la tarea de aprenderla.

Es una canción que tiene muchísima letra y palabras que definitivamente fueron y son un reto para mí, tomando en cuenta que no hablo el idioma como tal, solo lo entiendo y lo canto. También fue un reto vocalmente: involucré mi voz mixta y mi belting, entre otros aspectos, para poder cantarla de principio a fin. Mi plan es seguir aprendiendo y mejorando todos esos detallitos en todos esos aspectos, y mientras lo hago, les voy mostrando mis avances.🤗

Escogí para hoy esta canción por todas esas características musicales preciosas y por su temática que me parece muy inspiradora. Me hace sentir completamente identificada. Su letra habla sobre la búsqueda de la superación personal, de liberarse, atreverse a cambiar y a perseguir los sueños. Y de eso se trata la vida: día a día es un constante cambio, así que siempre necesitaremos esa valentía para atrevernos a seguir cambiando nosotros también. 🎶✨

A través de mi voz, quiero transmitirles este mensaje de motivación, para que la música les ayude a sentirse motivados, inspirados y felices, tal como yo me sentí al interpretar esta canción para mi amor @leonardo.audio y para todos ustedes.💜
