    • Bueno amigos esta rutina consiste en 4 ejercicios, estos serian las flexiones pike push ups, flexiones hindu, Australians pull ups, fondos en banco.

    • 1.- Pike push ups: comenzamos nuestra rutina con este ejercicio, estimado de 30 repeticiones por 5 series.

    • 2.- Flexiones hindú: Realizaremos este ejercicio por las mismas 5 series y un estimado de 30 repeticiones.

    • 3.- Australians pull ups: Este ya sería el 3ser ejercicio de nuestra rutina, vamos a continuar con 30 repeticiones por serie.

    • 4.- Fondos en banco: culminado nuestra rutina con 30 fondos por series.

    • El descanso se tomara por serie, 2 minutos por serie

    • si aun no puedes realizar esas repeticiones puedes adaptar esta rutina a tu nivel

    • Well friends this routine consists of 4 exercises, these would be the pike push ups, indian push ups, Australians pull ups, bottom bench press.

    • 1.- Pike push ups: we start our routine with this exercise, estimated 30 reps for 5 sets.

    • 2.- Indian push-ups: We will perform this exercise for the same 5 sets and an estimated 30 repetitions.

    • 3.- Australian pull ups: This would already be the 3rd exercise of our routine, we will continue with 30 repetitions per set.

    • 4.- Bench dips: we finished our routine with 30 dips per set

    • Rest shall be taken per set, 2 minutes per set.

    • if you are not yet able to perform those repetitions you can adapt this routine to your level.
