Visita a La Catedral Metropolitana de São Paulo / Visit to the Catedral of São Paulo

Algo que realmente me gusta hacer es conocer nuevas culturas y nuevos lugares, es una de mis pasiones .
En esta ocasión te mostraré un poco de algunos datos curiosos de la Catedral Metropolitana de São Paulo.

Primero que nada, llegué a conocer este lugar sin querer porque estaba paseando por sus alrededores sin saber que esperar.

Something that I really like to do is discover new cultures and new places, it is one of my passions.
This time I will show you a bit of some curious facts about the São Paulo Metropolitan Cathedral.

First of all, I accidentally got to know this place because I was walking around its surroundings not knowing what to expect.

En la Plaza esta una estatua de Anchieta un escritor español. Está Iglesia está dedicada a la Asunción de María.

In the Plaza is a statue of Anchieta, a Spanish writer. This Church is dedicated to the Assumption of Mary.

A penas entras a este lugar puedes apreciar la majestuosidad de la Iglesia, especialmente por lo alto que es. Es estilo arquitectónico es Neo Gótico y el arquitecto fue Maximilian Emil Hehl.
Esta iglesia es bastante grande, con 111 metros de largo, 46 de ancho, dos torres de 92 metros.

As soon as you enter this place you can appreciate the majesty of the Church, especially for how high it is, this church is quite large, 111 meters long, 46 wide, two 92-meter towers

Its architectural style is Neo Gothic and the architect was Maximilian Emil Hehl.

Los hermosos vitrales que le dan un ambiente mistico al ambiente.

Llegué al final de la Misa y por eso tuve la oportunidad de escuchar el Órgano como pueden ver en el video.

Algo que realmente me gustó fue este mosaico gigante, fue realizado por artistas italianos. Es el Apóstol San Pablo , Santo Patrón de la Arquidiócesis.

Something that I really liked was this giant mosaic, it was made by Italian artists. It's the Apostle Saint Paul, Patron Saint of the Archdiocese.

Fui un Viernes por lo que los fieles estaban realizando

En el lado izquierdo de la Catedral está la Capilla del Santísimo Sacramento, donde inmensos ángeles observan la entrada de los fieles. Lado a lado están los Santos Doctores de la Eucaristía, encima de la boda en Cana y la escena de Emaús.

On the left side of the Cathedral is the Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament, where immense angels watch the entrance of the faithful. Side by side are the Doctors of the Eucharist, above the wedding of Cana and the scene of Emmaus.
