- Comúnmente a los atletas siempre les dicen comentarios desmotivador que no inspiran nada más que dejar de hacer lo que queremos. Las metas y el trabajo e uno dedica en algo es porque se ve bien en eso o por básicamente nos gusta. En el caso de un atleta se nos es muy difícil llegar a tener un nivel respetable y que nos sintamos bien. Cuando uno hace las cosas de corazón y con sentimientos, apreciamos mucho nuestro nivel y el progreso que tenemos porque exactamente es eso. Algo que hicimos de corazón, pase lo que pase sigamos adelante y seamos mejor cada día más.
- Commonly athletes are always told demotivating comments that do not inspire anything but to stop doing what we want. The goals and the work one dedicates to something is because he/she looks good at it or because he/she basically likes it. In the case of an athlete it is very difficult for us to reach a respectable level and feel good about it. When one does things from the heart and with feelings, we appreciate our level and the progress we have because that is exactly what it is. Something we did from the heart, whatever happens, let's go ahead and get better every day.
