    Aunque el primer día de ejercicios no fue tan bueno como yo hubiese querido, igual no me rindo en mi meta de cumplir el reto de esta semana. Hoy intenté hacer un poco de yoga, pues viendo la rutina de la amiga @ceciliajess no se ve tan complicado.

    En mi caso, debo seleccionar ejercicios en los cuales no deba saltar (si, ayer salté bastante) porque tengo un diagnóstico de artritis degenerativa en mi columna, y aunque yo me siento bien ahora (estuve en una crisis fuerte luego de tener a mi segundo hijo), igual me cuido de caídas y de golpes que puedan comprometer mi integridad física.

    El yoga, por lo que he visto en algunos videos, ayuda con la elasticidad y también con mejorar la respiración. Y lo mejor? No debo saltar!

    Todo lo hago en tono de comedia, pero creanme que si voy cambiando un poco mi dinámica diaria. Ya eliminé el azúcar al 90% porque siempre se cuela una o dos galletitas hasta mi estómago. Con las harinas voy bajando también un poco.

    Los ejercicios sistematizados son los que me cuestan, por mi corto tiempo para hacer muchas cosas durante el día, pero si camino mucho de lunes a lunes, así que compenso un poco mi falta de disciplina.

    Mi sueño es poder lograr tener una hora libre e inscribirme en un gimnasio, Por lo pronto, toca improvisar en casa...

    Although the first day of exercise was not as good as I would have wanted, I do not give up on my goal of completing the challenge this week. Today I tried to do some yoga, because seeing the routine of my friend @ceciliajess it does not look so complicated.

    In my case, I must select exercises in which I should not jump (yes, yesterday I jumped a lot) because I have a diagnosis of degenerative arthritis in my spine, and although I feel good now (I was in a strong crisis after having my second child), I still take care of falls and blows that could compromise my physical integrity.

    Yoga, from what I have seen in some videos, helps with flexibility and also with improving breathing. And the best part? I don't have to jump!
    I do all this in a tone of comedy, but believe me, if I change my daily dynamics a little. I already eliminated sugar by 90% because there is always one or two cookies until my stomach. With flours I am also lowering a little.

    Systematized exercises are the ones that cost me, for my short time to do many things during the day, but if I walk a lot from Monday to Monday, so I compensate a little my lack of discipline.

    My dream is to be able to have an hour free and sign up for a gym, for now, it's time to improvise at home ...
